Data Deletion
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. Disconnect a data source
In the dashboard, open the workspace’s Connections page and disconnect the source. We stop pulling new data from it. Data already pulled stays in the workspace’s history until the workspace is deleted.
You can also revoke our access from the provider’s side, for example in your Google account’s third-party access settings, your CDN’s API token list or your repository host’s installed apps.
2. Delete a workspace or account
To delete a workspace and all of its data, or your whole RankDebug account, send a request through our contact form from the email address on the account. We confirm the request with you and then delete the data, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
3. Personal data held for a customer
If your personal data appears in data one of our customers sent us, for example in a server log, that customer controls it. Contact them directly, or write to us and we will forward your request.
4. Stopping our crawler
Our crawler identifies itself as RankDebugBot and only crawls websites connected to a customer workspace. It follows robots.txt rules addressed to it, so a disallow rule for RankDebugBot stops it.
